Reviews by the Editor

I've decided to start posting E-tailer Reviews myself here on E-tailer Buzz. I want to have a chance to tell you what (and whom) I love - but I didn't want to skew the reviews we have on the site. Today I'm posting my very first in what will be many reviews.

Tval Skincare (founded in 2003) is a St. John's, Newfoundland based company that sells their product both online and in their store front. Anna Hellqvist and her better half Jason Bailey both have PhDs in biology, and Anna has many years experience making soap. In 2005, they were joined by Jason's brother Robert who has 14 years experience as a Makeup Artist. Their knowledge and experience clearly shows in their product, presentation and customer service - because it's all impeccable!

March Madness isn't just for basketball...

Hallelujah, it's MARCH! Spring is so close I can almost SMELL it! Of course if you live in one of locales that just got dumped on with a huge blizzard, you're likely not feeling it like I am. Still, you know it's soon. It's March break - and Easter and Ostara are right around the corner! Keep thinking positively, Spring has almost sprung.

Main Entry: e-tailer
Definition: a business that sells goods or services electronically, esp. on the Internet

(thank you Webster's New Millennium Dictionary of English via dictionary.com)

I love E-tailers! I love their products and I love dealing directly with business owners. It feels like they care about their products and their customers. Trouble is, the Internet is a vast place, and sometimes you only find out about the very best places to shop by word of mouth. Now that's just fine and it's a good thing, satisfied customers are the best advertisement a business can have. The problem is there are so many forums where different reviews get published, it can take hours to keep up with them all. So I had an idea. What if there was a site that had reviews of E-tailers and their products, all in one place? People could come and add reviews and links to their favourite places to spend that PayPal balance! OH and wouldn't it be nice to have a place that kept track of who was launching what product line when, or was having a big sale? If I built it, would they come?
